Location. The Caribbean Princess Condos are adjacent to the Cap Caraibes Hotel overlooking Orient Beach on the island of St. Martin, French West Indies. Orient Beach offers restaurants, bars and water-sport rentals right on the beach. The Orient Bay Village features shopping and services for every need less than one mile from the condos. The French capital of Marigot offers a variety of duty-free shops, stylish bistros and restaurants, nightclubs, a marina and a Creole market approximately four kilometers away. There are over 30 white-sand beaches on this 37-square-mile island and an array of recreational activities, including deep-sea fishing, snorkeling, scuba-diving, horseback riding and golf.
Features. Teak wood, stone and glass were used in harmony to create an easy living ambience at the Caribbean Princess Condos. A bar and restaurant are located on site. Complimentary high-speed Internet access is available. The property features an outdoor pool with direct access to Orient Beach, a tennis court, volleyball court and a children's playground.
Guestrooms. One- and two-bedroom condos feature fully equipped kitchens, including breakfast bars, stovetops, refrigerators, microwave ovens, toasters, coffeemakers and utensils. All accommodations offer living rooms, televisions, and terraces with dining tables and teak lounge chairs. Daily maid service is provided.
Expert Tip. The Fly Zone at Loterie Farm, located between Grand Case and Marigot, offers a trip through the treetops of a private forest reserve of 200-year-old mango and mahogany trees. By wearing harnesses attached to steel cables, after careful instruction, visitors can soar through a traverse course of magnificent trees.
