The Pool
All the rooms overlook a shaded terrace, surrounded by island vegetation and flowers with their beautiful brilliant colors. These vibrant hues agree with the turquoise waters of our pool and the magic waves of the ocean.
Restaurants
Kakao Beach, your beach front restaurant, can propose to you grilled items, Creole and European specialities as well as seafood in a charming, Caribbean atmosphere. Kakao Beach also offers guests of Alamanda complimentary chaise lounges and umbrellas right on the beach. Four other restaurants along Orient Beach are also available: Bikini, Kontiki, Coco Beach, and Waikiki, each with a different theme and menu
In the tropical garden, the Alamanda Café offers a light and inventive cuisine with service at the poolside or on the terrace of your room.
The Beach
Constantly carressed by soft ocean breezes, it is the ideal beach for lazing in the sun and water sports lovers: catamaran, wind surfing, kite surfing, jet ski, scuba diving, snorkeling, parasailing.

Deluxe Rooms
Rooms are spacious with large terraces that overlook the pool, beach and ocean. They feature an exotic and romantic mix of colonial furnitures while maintaining the modern conveniences and comforts of home
The Deluxe Pool View rooms are at ground floor and have a beautiful view of the swimming pool and the garden or the sea. Rooms that are adjoining can be connected together. They include a sitting area with a double bed or 2 twin beds, a broad terrace with teak lounge chairs, a kitchenette, bathroom with separate bath-tub and shower.
The Deluxe Sea View rooms are on the first floor and have a very beautiful view of the sea. It is possible to have a second room on the floor above. They include a sitting area with a king bed, a broad terrace with teak lounge chairs, a kitchenette, and bathroom with bath-tub.

With all conveniences and refinement, the Ocean View Rooms invite you to enjoy cool and relaxing moments surrounded by fantastic views
of the beach and ocean.
The rooms on the beach level have a bathroom with separate bath-tub and shower and can be connected together.
The rooms at the 1st floor have a bathroom with bath-tub and it is possible to have a second room on the floor above.
They include a sitting area with a king bed, a broad terrace with teak lounge chairs, a kitchenette.

Junior Suite
Subtle blending of natural colors for a colonial touch environment, the junior suites offer a magic view of the beach and the ocean.
With an ample size of over 900 sq. feet, both of our junior suites include a sitting area with a king bed and a settee, a terrace (285 sq. feet) with teak lounge chairs and table and a large bathroom with separate bath-tub and shower.

The PRESIDENTIAL Suite, on the 1st floor, overlooks Orient Bay.

Duplex
An ideal accommodation to enjoy the comfort of living with your family or friends, our duplexes offer 2 bedrooms with 2 separate bathrooms and a large terrace facing the ocean.
The Duplex Rooms include a room with a king bed, a bathroom with bath-tub, a terrace of 105 sq. feet, and on the upper floor a room offering a double bed and a single bed with a bathroom with shower.

How to get to the hotel? |
|
When you leave the airport, you turn right in the direction of MARIGOT. Once you have gone through MARIGOT, follow the signs for GRANDE CASE going through RAMBAUD and LA SAVANE along the way. After GRAND CASE, you follow the direction of QUATIER D'ORLEANS. In approximately 5 km, you will arrive at the RESIDENCES OF ORIENT BAY, turn left and follow the road straight to the Village d'Orient and follow the signs for ALAMANDA RESORT.

Annual Closure
The hotel will be closed from August 27th 2007 until September 20th 2007.
Currency
All rates shown are in US $.

Payment Requirements
For your convenience, Internet Hotel Rental Group offers secure online payments with the following credit cards: Visa, Mastercard and American Express. Please note that, should you prefer, you are able to supply your credit card information by fax. We are unable to accept your reservation request without credit card details, though you will only be billed once your booking has been confirmed, the credit card information verified and our confirmation voucher sent to you by email.
For all reservations
-A 10% will be charged by Internet Hotel Rental Group to secure the booking.
-The Alamanda Resort will proceed to charge an additional 3 nights stay after confirmation.
-If the reservation is for the Christmas & new year period, the full balance will be charged by the hotel after confirmation.
Christmas & New Year Policy
-There is a 7 night minimum stay required.(Dec 25-Dec 31)
Cancellation Policy
Christmas & New Year
-If a reservation is cancelled 31 days or more prior to arrival, then a 20% penalty fee will apply.
-If a reservation is cancelled 30 days or less prior to arrival, then 50% of the full amount will be lost.
.No shows will result on the full amount being charged as a cancellation fee.
Children Policy
-Children requiring own room are charged as adults.
-Children over the aged of 12 are charged as adult.
Liability
Intenet Travel Group acts as intermediary between all hotels, transport operators, tourist attraction companies, and local tourist offices providing the services. Intenet Travel Group is therefore not responsible for any loss, injury or damage sustained by the tourists; including those occurring outside of the touring programmes. Additional expenses incurred due to delay, accident, acts of God or political actions / unrest must be borne by the tourists. Programmes and prices, services and conditions are based on those valid at the time of being posted on the site. They are therefore subject to change without advance notice before or during the tour / stay / excursion / car rental. A submitted reservation request is indicative of the tourist agreement to the above conditions.

Price & Payment
Unless otherwise stated, at the time of booking only a deposit is due. The remanining balance is payable on check-in and charged by the hotel direct. hotel-savings.com accepts Visa, Mastercard & American Express.
For security purposes, should your reservation incur a charge in excess of USD 400.00, you must submit a signed credit card authorization form. This will be supplied upon confirmation of the reservation. If you fail to fax across this documentation within 48 hours, we reserve the right to cancel the reservation. Please note that as per our cancellation policy, there may be a fee for this.
Flight Information
If you are to arrive at your hotel after 5pm, please provide Hotelrentalgroup with your flight information, so that we may be able to advise the hotel of what time they can expect you. Should your flight be delayed, we strongly recommend that you contact the hotel directly to inform them of this.
Period of Stay / Rate Calculation
All stays are calculated and sold "per night". We can only guarantee a room until noon (12pm). Late check-outs can be requested at the moment of reservation in the additional comments box, but may come at an additional fee (usually 50% of the nightly rate).
Cancellation Policies & Charges
Cancellations must be received in writing by e-mail, with as much notice as possible. Penalty fees may apply. Please check the terms & conditions, as these policies vary from hotel to hotel.
Cancellation Charges On All Reservations
-On all confirmed reservations, 20% of the total amount will be lost.
-Further cancellation charges may apply depending on the hotel.
Please check the specific terms & conditions for each hotel.
No Shows
No Shows will result in a 100% penalty fee.
Reservation & Confirmation
All reservations made on the web sites operated by hotel-savings.com will receive a temporary confirmation number. This temporary number does not mean that the hotel room is available and is only for administrative purposes. Your final confirmation will be sent to you on your official confirmation voucher within 24 hours, unless, due to unforeseen circumstances, the hotel does not get back to us within this time frame. hotel-savings.com is not responsible for any such delays.
Early departures
In addition to the standard cancellation policy, we would like to stress the point that the hotels are very strict regarding changes to the length of clients’ stays. Therefore we would like to inform you that clients departing before their booked check out date will be charged for the remaining nights and, no being made for unused nights.
Check In & Check Out Policy
Your room will be made available to you from 14h00 (unless stated otherwise in the terms & conditions of the hotel). Should you require a guaranteed early check in, the room must be booked and paid for in full for the day preceeding your stay.
Check out time is 12:00 hrs. For a guaranteed late check-out, clients should book for an additional night, charged at 100%.
Special offers and Value Added Extras
All special offers, packages and discounts over our standard rates are offered subject to availability. hotel-savings.com cannot accept any responsibility in the unlikely event that these are temporarily unavailable.
Credit Card
In order to secure a room, it is mandatory to have a credit card.
General Conditions and liability
All reservations made by clients are subject to our terms and conditions. No other terms, conditions and warranties, expressed or implied by law, custom and course of dealing shall form part of any contract between hotel-savings.com and our clients except for those terms imposed by law where application is mandatory.
The client acknowledges that in making a reservation with hotel-savings.com they do so only on the basis of the material contained in the hotel-savings.com Web Site or relevant advertising medium. All other statements or representations made by hotel-savings.com, its employees, agents or sub-contractors are of no effect unless confirmed in writing by hotel-savings.com to the client.
hotel-savings.com sources hotels from various hotel companies in the countries in which it operates. The condition of the stay will be subject to the law of the country in which it is supplied to you. You will be subject to its terms and conditions and local law.
hotel-savings.com reserves the right to pass on to the client any government increase in local VAT or other taxes that may be introduced after a reservation is made. Any additional charges payable on arrival are subject to local VAT at the prevailing rate in that country.
The liability of hotel-savings.com to the client for any loss, problem, damage or cancellation, whether arising out of negligence, breach of contract, error or any other cause shall not exceed the invoiced total value of the confirmation voucher supplied by hotel-savings.com.
