On The Beach
A personalized ? guest card ? will give you signing privileges to some of our affiliated restaurants, beach activities and you will be able to pay directly at the hotel at your departure. Beach chairs and umbrellas are complementary at 3 beach front locations: Kontiki, Waikiki and La Playa.

Junior Suites
They are all very spacious, 500 sq feet. Every room is nicely furnished with Bamboo and is only 50 metres away from the turquoise water and a selection of beach front restaurants.
Ground floor junior suites offer an immediate access to the swimming pool whereas second floor junior suites have a very nice view on our tropical garden and palm trees.
Top floor junior suites will offer you a panoramic view on both tropical garden and the ocean.
Every room is air-conditioned and has its own private terrace as well as a small living room. The kitchen is fully equipped and very convenient: microwave, fridge, 2 burners, coffee machine, toaster.
Each room also has a king bed or twin beds, a safe, TV and a direct phone line. Some rooms can be connected which is perfect for families. You also have the possibility to ask for a roll away or a crib. A welcome basket with complementary coffee, chips and cereals is offered upon arrival.

In the heart of Orient Bay, french St Martin, Cap Caraibes hotel is located directly on Orient Beach, St Martin's most popular beach on the French side of the island.

Maximum Occupancy

3 adults or 2 adults & 2 children.

Minimum Stay
7 nights are required if stay includes any night between December 25th and December 31st 2008.
Full pre-payment is required to secure the reservation, refundable only if cancellation notice is received.


Payment Requirements
For your convenience, Internet Travel Group offers secure online payments with the following credit cards: Visa, Mastercard and American Express. Please note that, should you prefer, you are able to supply your credit card information by fax. We are unable to accept your reservation request without credit card details, though you will only be billed once your booking has been confirmed, the credit card information verified and our confirmation voucher sent to you by email.

For all reservations
• A 15% downpayment will be charged at the moment of confirmation.
• An additional 3 nights will be charged by the hotel within a few days.
• The balance is due at check in.

Cancellation Policy
Between December 22nd and December 31st

• If cancellation is received 31 days or more prior to arrival, the 15% downpayment will be lost.
• If cancellation is received 30 days or less prior to arrival, then the full amount will be charged as a penalty fee.
• No shows will result on the full amount being charged as a cancellation fee.
• No refunds for early departures.

The rest of the year
• If cancellation is received 8 days or more prior to arrival, the 15% downpayment will be lost.
• If cancellation is received 7 days or less prior to arrival, then an additional 3 nights will apply as a penalty fee.
• No shows will result on the full amount being charged as a cancellation fee.
• No refunds for early departures.

Children Policy
• Children under the age of 12 can stay for free in a suite when sharing with 2 adults.
• Children over the age of 12 are considered as adults.

Liability
Internet Travel Group acts as intermediary between all hotels, transport operators, tourist attraction companies, and local tourist offices providing the services. Internet Travel Group is therefore not responsible for any loss, injury or damage sustained by the tourists; including those occurring outside of the touring programmes. Additional expenses incurred due to delay, accident, acts of God or political actions / unrest must be borne by the tourists. Programmes and prices, services and conditions are based on those valid at the time of being posted on the site. They are therefore subject to change without advance notice before or during the tour / stay / excursion / car rental. A submitted reservation request is indicative of the tourist agreement to the above conditions.
 

General Terms & Conditions

Price & Payment
Unless otherwise stated, at the time of booking only a deposit is due. The remanining balance is payable on check-in and charged by the hotel direct. hotel-savings.com accepts Visa, Mastercard & American Express.
For security purposes, should your reservation incur a charge in excess of USD 400.00, you must submit a signed credit card authorization form. This will be supplied upon confirmation of the reservation. If you fail to fax across this documentation within 48 hours, we reserve the right to cancel the reservation. Please note that as per our cancellation policy, there may be a fee for this.

Flight Information
If you are to arrive at your hotel after 5pm, please provide Hotelrentalgroup with your flight information, so that we may be able to advise the hotel of what time they can expect you. Should your flight be delayed, we strongly recommend that you contact the hotel directly to inform them of this.

Period of Stay / Rate Calculation
All stays are calculated and sold "per night". We can only guarantee a room until noon (12pm). Late check-outs can be requested at the moment of reservation in the additional comments box, but may come at an additional fee (usually 50% of the nightly rate).

Cancellation Policies & Charges
Cancellations must be received in writing by e-mail, with as much notice as possible. Penalty fees may apply. Please check the terms & conditions, as these policies vary from hotel to hotel.

Cancellation Charges On All Reservations
-On all confirmed reservations, 20% of the total amount will be lost.
-Further cancellation charges may apply depending on the hotel.
Please check the specific terms & conditions for each hotel.

No Shows
No Shows will result in a 100% penalty fee.

Reservation & Confirmation
All reservations made on the web sites operated by hotel-savings.com will receive a temporary confirmation number. This temporary number does not mean that the hotel room is available and is only for administrative purposes. Your final confirmation will be sent to you on your official confirmation voucher within 24 hours, unless, due to unforeseen circumstances, the hotel does not get back to us within this time frame. hotel-savings.com is not responsible for any such delays.

Early departures
In addition to the standard cancellation policy, we would like to stress the point that the hotels are very strict regarding changes to the length of clients’ stays. Therefore we would like to inform you that clients departing before their booked check out date will be charged for the remaining nights and, no being made for unused nights.

Check In & Check Out Policy
Your room will be made available to you from 14h00 (unless stated otherwise in the terms & conditions of the hotel). Should you require a guaranteed early check in, the room must be booked and paid for in full for the day preceeding your stay.
Check out time is 12:00 hrs. For a guaranteed late check-out, clients should book for an additional night, charged at 100%.

Special offers and Value Added Extras
All special offers, packages and discounts over our standard rates are offered subject to availability. hotel-savings.com cannot accept any responsibility in the unlikely event that these are temporarily unavailable.

Credit Card
In order to secure a room, it is mandatory to have a credit card.

General Conditions and liability
All reservations made by clients are subject to our terms and conditions. No other terms, conditions and warranties, expressed or implied by law, custom and course of dealing shall form part of any contract between hotel-savings.com and our clients except for those terms imposed by law where application is mandatory.
The client acknowledges that in making a reservation with hotel-savings.com they do so only on the basis of the material contained in the hotel-savings.com Web Site or relevant advertising medium. All other statements or representations made by hotel-savings.com, its employees, agents or sub-contractors are of no effect unless confirmed in writing by hotel-savings.com to the client.
hotel-savings.com sources hotels from various hotel companies in the countries in which it operates. The condition of the stay will be subject to the law of the country in which it is supplied to you. You will be subject to its terms and conditions and local law.
hotel-savings.com reserves the right to pass on to the client any government increase in local VAT or other taxes that may be introduced after a reservation is made. Any additional charges payable on arrival are subject to local VAT at the prevailing rate in that country.
The liability of hotel-savings.com to the client for any loss, problem, damage or cancellation, whether arising out of negligence, breach of contract, error or any other cause shall not exceed the invoiced total value of the confirmation voucher supplied by hotel-savings.com.
