Deluxe Loft
The two-story deluxe loft has a king-size bed downstairs with a full-size bed in the loft. Each level has privacy curtains, nightstand with alarm clock, drawers, wall closet, in-room safe, iron with ironing board and a 20" television. Each unit includes a bathroom with shower, double-face basin and wall-to-wall mirrors as well as kitchenette amenities and a coffeemaker. Furnished balconies overlook the ocean and the garden.

Junior Suite
All of our junior suites are oceanfront and located on the first or second floor with a gracious patio or balcony. Each junior suite features a king-size bed or two twin beds with nightstands, alarm clock, wall closet, in-room safe, iron with ironing board, double-face basin with wall-to-wall mirrors and a bathroom with bathtub and bidet. The sitting area includes a couch, coffee table, desk, 20" television and kitchenette with a microwave, coffeemaker, two-burner stove and compact refrigerator.

Each oceanfront, marina-front and garden-view studio (one-room) features a queen-size bed, shower, nightstand with alarm clock, drawers and wall closet with in-room safe, iron and ironing board. One Bedroom Suite
This large suite features a master bedroom with king-size bed, nightstands, alarm clock, wall closet, in-room safe, iron and ironing board and a sizeable bathroom with double-face basin, wall-to-wall mirror, bidet and bathtub. Each one-bedroom suite has a living area with pull-out sofa bed, 25" TV/VCR, stereo with CD player, furnished balcony, a dining area that seats four, and a fully equipped kitchen, including a full-size stove, blender, microwave, large refrigerator, cupboards and a dishwasher.

Two Bedroom Suite
This large suite boasts a king-size bed in the master bedroom and a double-face basin and bidget in the master bathroom. Rates EXCLUDE
All rates shown are per room/suite and are EXCLUSIVE of the 20% taxes.
Rates Include
-Weekly management cocktail party (every Monday).
-Farewell wine & cheese party (every Friday).
-Complimentary use of pool & beach lounges & umbrellas.
Minimum Stay Requirements
-A minimum stay of 3 nights is required for all stays between the 22nd and the 29th March 2008 and between the 15th April and the 3rd May 2008.
-For all stays between the 23rd December 2007 and the 5th January 2008, a 5 nights minimum stay will be required.
Optional Meal Supplements
-Breakfast will come at a rate of USD 12.00 per person per day.
-Half board will come at a rate of USD 48.00 per person per day.
-Full board will come at a rate of USD 62.00 per person per day.
-Rates above are exclusive of the 20% taxes.
Payment Requirements
For your convenience, Internet Hotel Rental Group offers secure online payments with the following credit cards: Visa, Mastercard and American Express. Please note that, should you prefer, you are able to supply your credit card information by fax. We are unable to accept your reservation request without credit card details, though you will only be billed once your booking has been confirmed, the credit card information verified and our confirmation voucher sent to you by email.
For all reservations
-A 20% upfront will be charged at the moment of confirmation.
-The balance will be charged 3 weeks prior to arrival.
Cancellation Policy
-If cancellation is received 22 days or more prior to arrival, then a 20% of the full amount will be lost.
-If a cancellation is received 21 days or less prior to arrival, then a three nights penalty fee will apply.
-No shows will result on the full amount being charged as a cancellation fee.
Children Policy
-Children under the age of 12 can share the room with their parents at no extra cost. However, maximum number of children per room is 2.
-Children over the age of 12 are considered as adults.
-Children requiring their own room are charged as adults.
Children Meal Supplements(for children aged between 2 and 12)
-Breakfast will come at a rate of USD 12.00 per child per day.
-Half board will come at a rate of USD 34.00 per child per day.
-Full board will come at a rate of USD 42.00 per child per day.
-Rates above are exclusive of the 20% taxes.
-Children under the age of 2 eat for free.
Liability
Internet Travel Group acts as intermediary between all hotels, transport operators, tourist attraction companies, and local tourist offices providing the services. Internet Travel Group is therefore not responsible for any loss, injury or damage sustained by the tourists; including those occurring outside of the touring programmes. Additional expenses incurred due to delay, accident, acts of God or political actions / unrest must be borne by the tourists. Programmes and prices, services and conditions are based on those valid at the time of being posted on the site. They are therefore subject to change without advance notice before or during the tour / stay / excursion / car rental. A submitted reservation request is indicative of the tourist agreement to the above conditions.

Price & Payment
Unless otherwise stated, at the time of booking only a deposit is due. The remanining balance is payable on check-in and charged by the hotel direct. hotel-savings.com accepts Visa, Mastercard & American Express.
For security purposes, should your reservation incur a charge in excess of USD 400.00, you must submit a signed credit card authorization form. This will be supplied upon confirmation of the reservation. If you fail to fax across this documentation within 48 hours, we reserve the right to cancel the reservation. Please note that as per our cancellation policy, there may be a fee for this.
Flight Information
If you are to arrive at your hotel after 5pm, please provide Hotelrentalgroup with your flight information, so that we may be able to advise the hotel of what time they can expect you. Should your flight be delayed, we strongly recommend that you contact the hotel directly to inform them of this.
Period of Stay / Rate Calculation
All stays are calculated and sold "per night". We can only guarantee a room until noon (12pm). Late check-outs can be requested at the moment of reservation in the additional comments box, but may come at an additional fee (usually 50% of the nightly rate).
Cancellation Policies & Charges
Cancellations must be received in writing by e-mail, with as much notice as possible. Penalty fees may apply. Please check the terms & conditions, as these policies vary from hotel to hotel.
Cancellation Charges On All Reservations
-On all confirmed reservations, 20% of the total amount will be lost.
-Further cancellation charges may apply depending on the hotel.
Please check the specific terms & conditions for each hotel.
No Shows
No Shows will result in a 100% penalty fee.
Reservation & Confirmation
All reservations made on the web sites operated by hotel-savings.com will receive a temporary confirmation number. This temporary number does not mean that the hotel room is available and is only for administrative purposes. Your final confirmation will be sent to you on your official confirmation voucher within 24 hours, unless, due to unforeseen circumstances, the hotel does not get back to us within this time frame. hotel-savings.com is not responsible for any such delays.
Early departures
In addition to the standard cancellation policy, we would like to stress the point that the hotels are very strict regarding changes to the length of clients’ stays. Therefore we would like to inform you that clients departing before their booked check out date will be charged for the remaining nights and, no being made for unused nights.
Check In & Check Out Policy
Your room will be made available to you from 14h00 (unless stated otherwise in the terms & conditions of the hotel). Should you require a guaranteed early check in, the room must be booked and paid for in full for the day preceeding your stay.
Check out time is 12:00 hrs. For a guaranteed late check-out, clients should book for an additional night, charged at 100%.

All special offers, packages and discounts over our standard rates are offered subject to availability. hotel-savings.com cannot accept any responsibility in the unlikely event that these are temporarily unavailable.
Credit Card
In order to secure a room, it is mandatory to have a credit card.
General Conditions and liability
All reservations made by clients are subject to our terms and conditions. No other terms, conditions and warranties, expressed or implied by law, custom and course of dealing shall form part of any contract between hotel-savings.com and our clients except for those terms imposed by law where application is mandatory.
The client acknowledges that in making a reservation with hotel-savings.com they do so only on the basis of the material contained in the hotel-savings.com Web Site or relevant advertising medium. All other statements or representations made by hotel-savings.com, its employees, agents or sub-contractors are of no effect unless confirmed in writing by hotel-savings.com to the client.
hotel-savings.com sources hotels from various hotel companies in the countries in which it operates. The condition of the stay will be subject to the law of the country in which it is supplied to you. You will be subject to its terms and conditions and local law.
hotel-savings.com reserves the right to pass on to the client any government increase in local VAT or other taxes that may be introduced after a reservation is made. Any additional charges payable on arrival are subject to local VAT at the prevailing rate in that country.
The liability of hotel-savings.com to the client for any loss, problem, damage or cancellation, whether arising out of negligence, breach of contract, error or any other cause shall not exceed the invoiced total value of the confirmation voucher supplied by hotel-savings.com.
