Words can't describe how perfect this day was. I wanted to surprise my sister for her birthday so I worked with Allison to make this day extra special. We were welcomed aboard with fresh french pastries with jam, butter and of course coffee and mimosas. The catamaran was absolutely stunning but what sets this excursion apart from all of the others, is the class of service. There's a variety of freshly made cocktails and a nice selection of wine. Lunch was absolutely 5 star with duck, lobster and fish as options. If you prefer something else, Allison & Max will try to accommodate you. My family and & I had such a great time and Allison and Max treated us like royalty. The level of service can't be matched. Thank you Max and Allison for offering this service and as you know...we will definitely be back.

My husband and I had the most relaxing trip with Allison and crew. The boat is amazing and really comfortable- perfect for sunbathing, swimming, snorkeling, hanging out… and the food! When reflecting on the best meal of our time in Anguilla (and we went to lots of great restaurants), we both immediately said “Pyratz.” Each course was thoughtfully designed and delicious and paired with a perfect wine. Allison is wonderful, interesting to talk to, and the whole experience is relaxing and really special. We loved hanging in Little Bay, snorkeling, chatting, and eating! Such a great combination of a great day of boating, sun, and fun with an amazing culinary experience. We would absolutely do this again. Thank you, Allison!

We have spent an amazing day with our family and our little child 5 months old on this beautiful boat with Alison and Max. There are great, very friendly and professional! The food was excellent and the whole service as well! The boat is very comfortable and spacious and you can easily bring yours young children on it. Thank you guys for this great day !
